My Husband, Daniel and I are proud parents of two beautiful boys named Judah and Edan, and a sweet baby girl named Nahara. They are a thrill and we love being parents.
I have been so privileged to work at Tena's since Fall 2010. I've walked with so many people on their journey to healthy living. When my husband and I were diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, we put right to work the tools that I have learned here. I have personally lived the battle that many of my clients face.
Thanks to Tena's and Colon Hydro-Therapy, we are now both Lyme FREE.
My unique style weaves several different modalities into a tailored session based on what would be most effective and beneficial for each clients session. I attended the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO and graduated 2006. I'm a NBTMB, ABMP member and licensed massage therapist. I specialize in geothermal massage therapy which uses a variety of temperatures from hot to cold stones to ease tension and reduces recovery time in injuries.
TENA'S HEALTHY SOLUTIONS
After losing my husband Brian in November of 2016, I knew I would have to look for a part-time job, and by God's perfect timing, Tena needed someone to manage her office, It has worked out to be a very enjoyable and rewarding job for me, the people that I have met on a daily basis have blessed my life beyond measure, it has been an honor and a privilege to serve them as well. I am a mother of three, my step son Christopher and his wife Liz, Jared and Jordan, we have walked through so much together as a family but have come out stronger and more appreciative of life, I am so proud of all of them. In my spare time I still enjoy my photography business that I have had for 38 years, our kitty cats, Finley and Carny, and making decorative changes to our home.
I am the mother of 5 children and currently have 11 grandchildren. My husband, Dave owns and operates Young Earth Farm and sells naturally raised and chemical free meats. We have lived in the Decatur area most of our lives and enjoy country living.
I began doing colonics in early 2006 when my daughter was diagnosed with cancer. Her journey led me into many aspects of alternative health. My interest was piqued as we walked this path and I began reading and researching as much as possible. It has been my privilege to serve, educate, and support many through their endeavors of finding health.
